Sambhar Masala

  • Wash & Dress 500g. Vegetable Like Egg Plant, Drum Sticks, Marrow, Potatoes, Peas, Cauliflower Etc.
  • Boil 200g. Toor Dal in 800ml Water For 30 Minutes. Now Soak 50g Tamarind In 100ml Warm Water For 30min. & Extract Pulp And Transfer Into Boiled Dal.
  • Separately Fry 100g Chopped Tomatoes And 100g Coarsely Chopped Onions. Add The Vegetable And 2tbsp. Amenity Sambhar Masala With Red Chilli And Salt, Now Stir Fry For 5min.
  • Transfer Boil Dal Along With Water And Cook For 20min.On Low Flame
  • The Sambhar Is Now Ready. Serve With Idli, Vada Or Dosa.
