- In A Bowl Wash And Soak 100 Gms Kabuli Chana Overnight.
- In A Pressure Cooker Put In Kabuli Channa And Pressure Cook For Three Whistles.
- Now Keep The Kabuli Chana Aside In A Deep Pan
- Add 3tbsp Of Vegetable Oil And 2 Onions Finely Grated And Heat Until Onions Turns Golden Brown.
- Now Add The Kabuli Chana, 1 Tbsp Amenity Chana Masala, 1 Tbsp Amenity Turmeric Powder And 1 Tbsp Amenity Red Chilli Powder And Stir It. Now Add 1 Chopped Tomato, 3 Slit Green Chillies And ½ Inch Ginger, Finely Sliced Add Water As Required For Gravy And Cook For 8 Mins
- It Is Ready To Serve With Butter Roti.
