Pav Bhaji Masala
INGREDIENTS
Red Chilly, Fennel Seeds, Coriander, Black Pepper, Cassia, Black Cardamom,Salt, Bay Leaves, Turmeric, Dry Ginger, Cumin, Dry Mango, Clove, Star Anise, Triphala.
Pav Bhaji Masala
- Add 2 Chopped Onions, 2 Tbsp Garlic Paste In 2 Tbsp Oil And Fry Untill Golden Brown.
- Add 3 Chopped Tomatoes, 1 Tbsp Amenity Pavbhaji Masala, Chilly Powder & Salt According To Taste & Roast Well.
- Add 500 Gm, Boiled Vegetable Like Green Peas, Cauliflower, Capsicum, Potatoes, Cook & Mash For 3-5 Mins.
- Garnish With Butter &Sprinkled Chopped Coriander Leaves, Serve With Hot Buttered Pav And Ropped Onions With Lemon.
